Convenient Stay with Exceptional Comfort

Enjoyed a peaceful night in a well-designed room, ideal for my early flight. The bed was supremely comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. Nearby metro access was a huge bonus for exploring the city. Pro tip, ask for a room away from the lobby for extra quietness.

The convenient location made it easy to access the terminal. I felt safe and cared for during my stay. The bright decor and clean areas were welcoming, and the staff were incredibly helpful.

Improve soundproofing for quieter nights, please.

The convenience of Hellosky Air Rooms being located inside Terminal 4 made my travel considerably easier. The check-in process was efficient, and the room was clean and compact—perfect for a brief overnight stay. Amenities like the coffeemaker...

Finding the hotel is unnecessarily complicated due to poor signage!!! Noise from trains and inadequate soundproofing detracts from potential comfort!!! Room cleanliness at check-in needs improvement!!! Public dining options are drastically limited!!!

The hotel was right within Terminal 4, making my early morning flight stress-free. However, finding the entrance was tricky initially due to misleading directions.

I arrived to find a room that was not clean and had an unmade bed, which left a terrible first impression. After this inconvenience, I was reassigned to a larger room, but it still felt overpriced for what I paid. I expected more decent facilities considering the cost, yet the overall experience only felt subpar.

I loved my stay! The location was a total game changer, nestled right inside Terminal 4 I was able to grab a delicious breakfast with fresh pastries and yogurt before heading off to my next flight....

I needed a place to crash for a 6 AM flight, and this spot did the trick. The room was basic but decent enough. The lounge was a nice surprise, with a solid selection of snacks and drinks—super convenient! Just a heads-up, though, it's a long shuttle ride to terminals 1, 2, and 3, so plan for that.

Steps away from the train stop, the location is unbeatable for early flights. The Executive Double or Twin Room I stayed in was clean with a great selection at breakfast, including healthy options. The noise control with the two doors was impressive, creating a peaceful environment despite the terminal's bustle. However, the lack of windows and frills in the room felt a bit disappointing, and the overall setup might not suit those seeking more than just a functional space.
